ACEG: One more motorway crowned Jeme Tianyou Award

Good news from China Civil Engineering Society the other day, said that the newly completed motorway Xuzhou – Mingguang, by ACEG Road and Port Engineering Co., Ltd. - one of ACEG`s subsidiaries, professionalized contractor for road and port engineering and construction, won the 17th national “Jeme Tianyou Award” for civil engineering in China and it is the third time the company has won the award.
 
The Jeme Tianyou Award is one of the first batches of science and technology awards approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology, PRC. It is also the highest honor award for scientific and technological innovation of engineering construction projects in the field of civil engineering in China.
 
Election for the Jeme Tianyou Award is executed once a year with no more than 30 projects nationwide that will be awarded. It is mainly awarded to outstanding civil engineering construction projects completed with outstanding achievements in scientific and technological innovation (especially independent innovation) and technological application.
 
This particular motorway Xuzhou – Mingguang is the most convenient and fast one between Beijing and the Yangtze River Delta, with a total length of 139.06 kilometers and an investment of RMB¥6.245 Billion.
 
In the process of the construction of the project, ACEG Road and Port Engineering Co., Ltd. has attached great importance to the engineering qualities and coordinated with the designer, scientific research and construction units to carry out scientific and technological innovation and summarized the work experiences and quality effects and construction cost in time and carried out field tests and actively explored key technologies and new construction techniques, such as prefabrication and installation technologies of fabricated channels and wide-width bridge deck paving construction technologies and so on so forth.
