Labor competitions help accelerate ACEG’s overseas projects

In order to implement the overseas business policies for the year 2021 - Managing to control the pandemic, plotting new markets, creating benefits, pursuing promotion and strengthening the Party building, and so as to better complete the annual tasks and objectives proposed at the beginning of the year, ACEG’s main overseas subsidiaries have made full advantages of the golden season for construction production and on the premise of ensuring regular epidemic prevention and control measures, all the working forces both Chinese and local employees are actively organized to participate in a variety of labor competition activities with the labor competition spirit of “to compete, to learn, to catch up, to help and to overtake ” spreading around on the frontline of overseas project construction worksites since May, and spared no efforts trying to win a dual-victory - over the pandemic and the productions.
 
 
On May 11, ACEG Algerian Co., Ltd. announced a labor competition in theme of “Working hard for 100 days” to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC) at the project of Darf Seaside Resort. In order to arouse the working enthusiasm of both Chinese and local employees to participate in the competition, the project administration has given them a fair shake ensuring the same quota of work distribution, the same assessment and reward and punishment standards, so the enthusiasm and initiatives of all the employees have been fully mobilized and consequently the climax of “going all out” has quickly set off and the smooth realization the objectives at each node of the project are ensured.
 
 
In Islamabad, ACEG’s Project of Afghan Embassy in Pakistan launched a 100-day labor competition on May 26th, The technical team of the project department has supervised the whole processes of the labor competition ever since and organized and carried out in time the evaluation on the progresses, qualities, safe and civilized construction and commended and rewarded the individuals and teams with excellent performances in the competition processes. This project is also one of the pilot projects of ACEG for localized employment and its local employees are accounting for more than 95% at present.
